Walnut and Ham Spread

Serves 4

200 g quark
80 g HANDL TYROL Tyrolean Ham Light
50 g walnuts
Fresh cress
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
3 slices of HANDL TYROL Tyrolean Loin Light
 

The Tyrolean Loin Light gives this walnut spread the special twist Tyrolean Loin Light 3% fat less salt 70g Handl Tyrol

Preparation

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Cut the Tyrolean Ham Light into fine strips and mix with quark.
  2. Then chop the walnuts and add to the quark mixture. Add fresh cress and freshly ground salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish the spread with Tyrolean Loin Light or cress.
  4. The walnut, ham and quark spread is now ready and tastes great with crusty rye bread.

Tip: The spread will keep for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
