Walnut and Ham Spread

180 g quark
70 g HANDL TYROL Fine Loin Light -40% salt, 3% fat
45 g walnuts
Fresh cress
Salt
Freshly ground pepper
 

The Fine Loin Light gives this walnut spread the special twist Fine Loin Light 3% fat less salt 70g Handl Tyrol

Preparation

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Cut the Fine Loin Light into fine strips and mix 3/4 of the amount with quark.
  2. Then chop the walnuts and add to the quark mixture. Add fresh cress and freshly ground salt and pepper.
  3. Garnish the spread with the rest of the Fine Loin Light or cress.
  4. The walnut, loin and quark spread is now ready and tastes great with crusty rye bread.

Tip: The spread will keep for 1-2 days in the refrigerator.
