1. Peel the onions and cut them and the spring onions into thin rings. Also cut the Tiroler Speck PGI Ham into thin strips.
2. Pre-heat the oven at 200°C. Place the dough on a piece of baking paper on a tray. Spread it with crème fraîche.
3. Sprinkle the thin speck strips, onion and spring onion on the flatbread. Season with salt and pepper.
4. Bake the Tyrolean tarte flambee in the oven for around 10 minutes until crispy. Lightly sprinkle it with some drops of olive oil and basil. Serve and enjoy while hot!
