3 packs round Tunworth cheese
2 packs of HANDL TYROL Speck Julienne
200g mushrooms
500g potatoes
Nuts/Cranberries/Chives
4 tbsp herb crème fraîche

Method
Level of difficulty:
Advanced
- Prepare the cheese according to the instructions.
- Steam the potatoes with the skin until tender.
- Sear the bacon and mushrooms together until golden brown and set aside.
- Top the oven-baked cheese with mushrooms, bacon, nuts, cranberries, and fresh chives.
- Halve the potatoes and each with a tablespoon of crème fraîche.
Tip: Use crispy onions for extra flavor!
