Tyrolean Breakfast Burger

2 burgers

2 buns (wholemeal roll, bread roll)
4 slices of HANDL TYROL Finest Bacon
2 eggs
2 slices of Tyrolean mountain cheese
Salad leaves
Salt, pepper

Preparation

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. For the breakfast burger with eggs and ham, lightly toast the bun in the oven.
  2. Then fry the Finest Bacon in a pan or in the microwave until you get the desired crunch.
  3. Fry the eggs in a pan until the white is firm and the yolk is still a little runny in the centre. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Cut the buns and first add the salad, then the Finest Bacon, the Tyrolean mountain cheese and the fried egg to finish. Place the other half of the bun on top. Then serve the breakfast burger immediately.
