Makes 6 skewers
Remove the stones from the dates, wrap in half a slice of ham and place 4 pieces on each skewer. Heat the garlic with plenty of olive oil in a pan. Add the skewers and cook until the ham is golden brown. Remove, allow to drain on kitchen paper and drizzle with balsamic dressing before serving.
