Ingredients for 10 sandwiches

2 baguettes
250 g cream cheese
200 g alpine cheese
200 g HANDL TYROL Tiroler Speck PGI Loin
1 red pepper
1 carrot
1 lettuce
10 skewers

Method

Level of difficulty:
Beginner
  1. Wash the lettuce, separate the leaves and pat dry. Wash and dry the red pepper and the carrot. Take out the stem and seeds from the red pepper and slice into thin strips. Peel the carrot, cut in half and slice into fine strips.
  2. Cut the bread into 10 evenly-sized pieces, slice each in half and spread both halves with cream cheese. Season lightly with salt and pepper. Place lettuce, vegetables, cheese, Tiroler Speck PGI Loin and then more lettuce on the bottom half of the bread. Finally, cover with the upper part of the bread. Secure with a short skewer and chill until ready to serve.
