Ingredients for 10 raclette pans
150 g gorgonzola
3 pears
Thyme
150 g HANDL TYROL Ham Cubes
100 g HANDL TYROL Fine Raclette bacon

Method

- Cut the pears into 0.5 cm thick slices. Also cut the gorgonzola into thin slices.
- Briefly grill the pear slices if desired.
- Then place the pears in the raclette pans, top with gorgonzola slices and sprinkle with Ham Cubes. Place the pans under the raclette grill until the cheese has melted.
Tip: Garnish with thyme leaves.
