200 g potatoes
100 g mountain cheese

Thyme

Method

- Cut the pre-cooked potatoes into 1 cm thick slices.
- Grill the raclette bacon until crispy.
- Place the potato slices in the raclette pan first, followed by the mountain cheese slices and the crispy raclette bacon, then put it under the raclette grill.
- Once the cheese has melted, remove the pan and garnish with fresh thyme.
Tip: Enhance with freshly ground pepper.
